eMax is known to be strong, beautiful and highly translucent. It has flexural strength of 470 MPa and is long lasting. The material looks lifelike in the mouth as our technicians have many shades and varying levels of translucency available to work with. Veneers can be crafted as thin 0.3 mm while maintaining their strength.
Our crowns are designed digitally and milled from wax. Margins are then cut back and resealed to achieve a hand-waxed fit. Technicians refine the details and crowns are pressed from genuine Ivoclar eMax. Our lithium disilicate crowns are only pressed, never milled, to ensure the most precise fit and contours.
eMax is an ideal material for:
- restorations driven by aesthetics
- inlays and onlays
- maryland bridges
- full crowns
